Tickets must be purchased from the garden centre till before driving up to the gardens.

Head Chef required for award-winning Garden Centre Café.

Exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, forward thinking and creative person to develop the offering within the fast-paced Glendoick Garden Centre Café.

We are looking for a competent and committed person with a passion for good food and high standards.

Garden Centre Cafés have become part of a destination experience where home cooking, fresh and seasonal are now expected as the norm. We are looking for a Head Chef that can deliver all this and more to ensure that the Glendoick Café is one step ahead of our competitors.

You will lead a team where ideas and creativity are welcomed.

You do not have to have had experience as a Head Chef but you must be able to demonstrate that you have knowledge of costings, ordering, GP's, legislative requirements and have the ability to lead and inspire your team.

Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods essential.

We offer a competitive salary, a 10 from 14 days rota with every second weekend off, no spilt shifts and no evening work. Usual hours of work are between 7.30am and 4.30pm. This is a full time permanent position.

A new bus service (X8) is commencing from 3 July so public transport is available to get to/from Glendoick except on a Sunday
