Last Year in 2023... Glendoick won best Garden Centre Christmas displays in Scotland... and this year we think our team have done even better. Valerie, Wendy, Johnny, John, Claire, Hayley and Maddie have been working away behind screens for 2 months... and it is well worth the wait...

Its that time of Year for the Christmas Castle to get ready for Great Celebrations.
The Elves magic brings the spell of Christmas to Glendoick once more.
And somewhere deep in a snowy forest, Gretel and the Bears explore a Winter Wonderland.
Christmas at Glendoick is an award winning one stop shop, full of ideas for your home, and presents for family and friends.

Santa at Glendoick
23-24th Nov | 30st Nov, 1st Dec | 7 & 8 Dec | 14 & 15 Dec 10.30am – 1pm and 2 – 4.30pm
£7.50 per child. Santa Bookings must be made via our website – all proceeds to our chosen charity for 2024 CHAS: Children’s Hospices across Scotland (CHAS).
CHAS is Scotland’s only hospice service for babies, children and young people with a life shortening condition. We support our local (Kinross) hospice.
Norwegian Wood
‘All the Beauty of Life is made up of Light and Shadow’. Somewhere in the depths of a Norwegian Wood the snow has fallen deep. Nestled in the trees, Gretal and her friends live here. Hansel the Wolf and the Bear Family together paw and hand.
Gretal’s cottage rests in the heart of the Forest dusted with ginger and petals and sweet candy canes.
‘All those who Wander are not Lost’…..follow the Snow Path and you will find in the Wilderness Gretal and the Bears fly through the snow in a Sleigh covered in gems pearls and crystals.
In a hidden glade dripping with gold the Black swan dances to the Moon and the woodcutter’s house is adorned with forest greenery.
Make a Wish in this Special Place where anything can happen.
Here all around for you to gather in your basket the Sparkle of Christmas falls like Snow.
Kingdom of the Elves
It’s the time of year for the Glendoick Christmas Castle to get ready for a Great Celebration......... ’The Night of Elves’.
At midnight on the 24thDecember the Elves magic an extra night into the calendar. The Clock strikes, time stops and while Santa is delivering all his presents, the Elves make merry.
In the Castle Kitchen, the magic spells begin to prepare the best ever Christmas for the castle folk. Stars and pumpkins, cinnamon and spices fill the air and the Carriage delivers the decorations for the Great Feast. On the chime of Midnight the candles flicker, the trees spin the pumpkins glitter and the mice turn into Reindeer.
All sorts of Village folk and furry friends join the feast and even Santa stops in for a snack, a song and a dance with his three wise Elf friends in the Castle stables.
At the castle wall, the Nutcrackers stand guard over the Little People’s Village while Sir Glen watches the Dragon Throne. Those Naughty Dino-santas get up to all sorts of tricks.
The Banquet tables are adorned with treats for your house and friends. Grab a pair of antlers and some sparkle, and don’t miss out on all the fun. Fill your baskets with seasonal joy and prepare for your own special time of Year with the ones you love.
